Please come to our Open House on Thursday, May 16, 6:00 - 8:00 pm.  At 6:00, you are invited to see our Science Fair, in the cafeteria, and Story Laboratory Book Fair, in the Parent Room.  Classrooms will open at 6:30 pm.  New families are invited to come also!!!

Thank you to all of our Experts who participated in Expert Days 2013.  Our students were able to meet and engage in powerful conversations with real estate agents, registered nurses, medical doctors, fire fighters, a professional sculptor, an art history professor, a civil engineer, and a super star fashion designer.  The Experts have made a lasting impression on our kids and have given them more inspiration to think about their years ahead.

Volunteers are welcome and necessary for the success of our school.  If you interested in volunteering, please fill out the appropriate volunteer forms and submit them to our Volunteer Coordinator, Ana Sanchez, or drop them off in our front office.   If you are not sure how you can  help, here are some current needs:

Our teachers and school district have planned many educational opportunities for our students outside of our school environment throughout the year.  The Website Administrators and teachers will do their best to post the dates of the field trips on the calendar.  Students will only be allowed to participate in the excursion if the teacher has a signed permission slip from the parent or guardian.  In case parents or students have misplaced their permission slip, here are blank copies (Spanish) of our generic permission slip.  Please fill in the necessary information before you give it to your child's teacher.  Thank you.
